Store Returns Policy

If you have changed your mind or found an item does not fit within 7 days of your original purchase, we will exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, or we will issue you with a gift card.

Note: We do not issue refunds for items that do not fit, do not suit you or you’ve changed your mind. This is the VJ Store Refund Policy in accordance with the Consumers Guarantees Act, as advised but the Ministry Of Consumer Affairs.

Returning goods purchased as special offers

If you return a single item purchased as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. buy one get one half price) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be credited (gift card) the full multi-buy value.
